I need information about SVT or flutter ablation
Read about SVT ablation or the treatment options for atrial flutter before arranging a specialist assessment.
Your assessment comes first
Dr Rohan Wijesurendra is a Consultant Cardiologist and Electrophysiologist who personally performs catheter ablation. A consultation is an opportunity to understand whether ablation is suitable, discuss the alternatives, and decide what is right for you. Booking an assessment does not commit you to a procedure.
An initial self-pay consultation is £250. Book an ablation assessment using the live calendar, or ask the clinic about costs or insurance.

Travelling for your appointment
Remote appointments may be offered to patients in the UK where clinically suitable. International patients need to travel to Oxford for consultations as well as treatment.
If ablation is agreed to be suitable during the consultation and you wish to proceed, a mutually convenient procedure date can be arranged. See travelling to Oxford for ablation for practical information.
Already under a cardiologist?
You can seek a focused electrophysiology opinion while your existing cardiologist retains your wider care. Read about heart rhythm second opinions, or use the secure referral route.
